Venue
The summer school will be held at Vejle Center Hotel which is located along the south-east coast of Jutland.
The venue is located next to DGI Huset Vejle, which offers fitness facilities as well as a pool. Course participants can make use of these during opening hours by picking up a free daily ticket from the hotel.
Transportation
A bus has been arranged to take attendees from DTU and the Copenhagen Central Station to the conference venue Monday morning and back again on Friday afternoon.
The bus will depart Monday August 16 from DTU at Richard Petersens Plads, building 324 at 08:30 a.m. and approximately 09:00 a.m. at the car park near the Copenhagen Central Station, see picture below.
We will depart Friday August 20 from Vejle at 01:30 p.m.
Food and Drinks
All meals are included. Attendees will have to pay for drinks/beverages.
Please Bring
A laptop will be necessary for the exercises.
Wednesday will include an outdoor social event, so bring appropriate clothes (summer in Denmark can be a wet affair).
